Enjoy Free Standard Delivery to all EU destinations! All orders are processed through our Distribution Centre in Poland.

Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT) are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days during peak seasons.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via UPS Express.
Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday during business hours, and a signature is required upon receipt.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order.

Return Conditions: Items must be new, unused, unopened, and have all security seals intact. Returns not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: We recommend using a recorded or signed-for service and retaining proof of postage.
